We cannot be held liable for cracks, breakages, spillage caused by our water jetting in any area in which we are working as we cannot vouch for the condition of the area. The water jet will overspill and we advise you to be aware of possible flooding when this
is used. The engineer will always help with cleaning up after the job is completed or return to site if necessary, but additional cost will apply

Access

If we need to open a manhole or cover which is sealed or difficult to open, then we do not accept liability for any damage caused in opening up access to the surrounding area.

If we have to gain access to a pipe above ground we will be happy to replace the pipework but we will not be liable for the cost of any pipe work which has been replaced

30 day guarantee

seal23If the same blockage reoccurs in the same section of pipework within 30 days of the date of the job then the engineer will return to fix it free of charge. However, this will not apply if the drains have been misused in any way. For example, putting nappies, large amounts of toilet paper, baby wipes, fresh fat and so on down the drains. Should this happen then the work will be regarded as a new job and the full charge will apply. If you live over 5 miles from our address then there be a £10 fee for fuel costs.

40 day guarantee

If the same blockage reoccurs in the same section of pipework within 40 days of the date of the job then the engineer will return to fix it at 50% of the usual rate. However, this will not apply if the drains have been misused in any way. For example, putting nappies, large amounts of toilet paper, baby wipes, fresh fat and so on down the drains. Should this happen then the work will be regarded as a new job and the full charge will apply.

Public liability

We are fully insured and have public liability insurance in place.

Charging

We will only charge you the hourly, daily or agreed rate for the work to be undertaken. However, if you arrive more than half an hour after the agreed time then we begin charging after that 30 minutes. This applies to hourly rate jobs only.

If we receive are parking ticket while attending to clear your blockage your will liable to pay for the ticket on your invoice (during working times only)

If the site is inside the congestion charge zone or toll roads the cost of the charge will be added to the invoices. Cost subject to TFL price at date of the job.

Any parking changes will be added to the invoices if parking is not available on site

For the free on site quotations charges for congestions charges or toll charges will not apply
